GENERAL CARL E. MUNDY, JR.

Carl Epting Mundy, Jr. was born on July 16, 1935 in Atlanta, Georgia. He was a United States Marine Corps General who was the 30th Commandant of the U.S. Marine Corps and Member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff from July 1, 1991 until his retirement on June 30, 1995, after 38 years of active duty service.
